Cloud phones for a social media team

I manage social media for several local businesses, and some posting, moderation, and account settings still have to be handled through Android apps. Carrying a separate phone for every client is getting old, so I want to move the accounts to cloud phones that the team can open from their laptops. Each business needs its own device and login state, and employees shouldn’t have access to clients they don’t manage. MoreLogin is the only name I’ve heard so far.
